Sources close to the couple deny it’s happening
A report today suggesting that Kim Kardashian would secretly tie the knot to Kanye West in the very near future has been laughed off by a source allegedly close to the star.
As we reported this evening, it had been claimed on a leading US gossip site that the star was off to Big Sur, California, for some hush-hush nuptials.
However, an insider has piped up to InTouch to debunk the story, saying that Kim doesn’t even like that particular location as it is.
“Total BS on the wedding reports,” they said. “They would never get married in Big Sur. That is so not her.”
Kim’s divorce from Kris Humphries – whom she married in August 2011 and left just 72 days later – was only settled a couple of weeks ago. That particular ceremony was certainly not an intimate affair.
The reality TV regular is now pregnant with her first child, and is due to give birth in July. Her growing figure has attracted a lot of publicity in recent months – and this particular source doesn’t think his/her pal would want to get married until she had worked off her pregnancy body.
“Kim wouldn’t ever get married fat,” they claimed. “So they wouldn’t marry then, even if Kanye had asked.”
Kim was over in London earlier this week, where she was hanging out with jeweller Lorraine Schwartz – but she has insisted that they didn’t talk ring plans.
“I have no idea [what it will look like],” she said. “I haven’t done it yet.”
