He’s over it…
Russell Brand has insisted that he is “doing well” following his
split from Katy Perry..
The British comic split from the ‘Part Of Me’
chart-topper at the end of last year, and has rarely been out of the headlines since.
“I’m doing well,” he told
People. “You don’t need to brush it off if you don’t get it on you in the first place.
“I don’t have to
let anything go. I don’t hold on to anything negative. It’s the same as zero-ness.
He added: “It’s not about
letting it go. You can’t let go of something you don’t hold, you know. It’s meaningless, [and] much of our world is
predicated on meaninglessness. And I don’t do that anymore.”
“It’s meaningless to me. It’s like it never happened.
It’s meaningless.”

The 36-year-old also revealed that, contrary to
reports, he has not had the tattoo removed that he shared with Perry, despite his new reported relationship with Nikolett
Barabas.
“Nope. Never had a tattoo removed. Never happened,” he said.
