Bobbi Kristina Brown‘s family is concerned about her drug and alcohol use increasing following her mother’s tragic death — but as we have told you before, Whitney Houston‘s daughter’s behavior isn’t a new trend. The 18-year-old celeb has been struggling with these issues for several years now.
An insider who attended Edison High School with Bobbi Kristina when she was barely a teenager tells HollywoodLife.com, “Bobbi Kristina was really nice. People liked her, but she was known as a problem child.”
The source explains that Bobbi Kristina, then approximately 14, didn’t seem to have “much supervision” and “was living life on the edge.”
Adds her classmate, “She was a party animal, even then.”
This seems to be the trend for the troubled teen, whose neighbors in her Atlanta, Georgia neighborhood recently told us she had a reputation for throwing parties and having sex in the clubhouse. Currently, Bobbi Kristina is in Atlanta with her adopted brother for a dental appointment.
However, therapists advise her family — especially her grandmother, Cissy Houston — to encourage Bobbi Kristina to live in New Jersey with them during this difficult time.
