The 43-year-old actress and singer was filming a guest role on the Brooklyn set of the popular CBS crime drama when she was reportedly hit by a piece of lighting equipment.

An on-set witness told TMZ that Chenoweth fell over from the blow and hit her head on concrete. And FDNY ambulance responded to the set’s 911 call and provided medical attention at the scene before transporting the actress to a nearby hospital.
