Miley and ‘Hunger Games’ boyfriend Liam Hemsworth are tying the knot…
After dating for three years Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have got engaged.
The former Disney star has revealed the happy couple’s news on Wednesday to People magazine, that the pair had made it official, with the star saying: “I’m so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam.”
The 19-year old star met her new fiancé when they worked together in 2009 in ‘The Last Song’.
According to the magazine, Liam took to his knee on May 31st with a 3.5 carat diamond to help persuade girlfriend Miley.
With the star tweeting earlier today (May 6) that: “Life is beautiful”. – The star must be over the moon.
The news comes after Miley sparked engagement rumours by wearing a huge sparkler on her ring finger at a recent event. Turns out it was Topaz and not diamond, but she’s got a big rock there now.
