Rita Ora has said that Jay-Z and Beyonce know all kinds of embarrassing stories about her childhood… because her mum fills them in.
Speaking to The Mirror, the ‘How We Do (Party)’ hitmaker said that her mother can’t resist mortifying her in front of her mentor and his popstar wife.
She said: “My mum is so embarrassing around Jay-Z and Beyoncé. She starts talking about when I was a baby and my nappy rashes!
“When they first met, my mum said to Jay, ‘Are you the one who sang you’ve got 99 problems and a bitch aint one?’
“He said, ‘Yeah’, and my mum goes, ‘You’ve got the baddest bitch’, and points at Beyoncé. After that it was, ‘See ya later Rita’ and it was all about my mum and Jay.”
Rita’s debut album ORA is released tomorrow (August 27). Her first three singles all shot to No1 with first-week sales of over 100,000 units.
