Azealia Banks has covered a Prodigy song for her new mixtape ‘Fantasea’, that will be released for free next month.

The New York rapper is set to release her debut album ‘Broke With Expensive Taste’ in the autumn, and this new mixtape is bound to get fans watering at the mouth for it.

Azealie told NME what fans could expect from the release: “So the name of the mixtape is Fantasea and it’s a sea theme, but it’s less obviously mermaid stuff and more like witchy hip-hop and some real rave s**t.”

The outspoken rapper added that she “covers Prodigy on there”, right before talking about her upcoming headline tour in September.

She also has confirmed that the release of ‘Fantasea’ has been delayed by a week, and will now come out on July 11.

Meanwhile, Banks had help from iconic photographer, Rankin, on her latest music video for ‘Liquorice’.
