Justin Bieber may have shocked the world when he smiled for his mug shot after being arrested, however, that is not all that shocked people who saw the photo.

It had become apparent that the singer was suffering from an acne breakout at the time of his arrest, which was shocking considering the singer was once a spokesperson for Proactiv solution, an acne treatment.

With this new revelation, E! News is reporting that the acne company would love to provide Justin Bieber with assistance once again as the company has released a statement on the matter.

Proactiv prides itself on having strong relationships with our celebrity fans,” the company said. “Drs. Katie Rodan and Kathy Field’s dedication to helping people take control of their acne does not expire with the end of an endorsement deal.

This comes despite the fact that Justin Bieber’s contract with the company ended in March 2013. The company, however, is ready to assist him with the products that he needs.

If Justin is interested in receiving Proactiv, we are happy to work with his team to get him the products he needs, the company also told E! News.

Proactiv also made sure to shoot down any rumors that they were upset with the pop star’s recent antics. They released a statement to correct what was recently reported.

In regards to the TMZ article, portions of the piece were the TMZ reporter’s opinion yet written to appear as Kathy Field’s direct quotes,” they revealed. “We are working with TMZ to correct the story so Kathy Field’s provided interview can be accurately represented.

TMZ had originally reported that Proactiv co-creator Dr. Kathy Fields claimed that stress was causing Justin to break out, and that the company would be sending him some products. However, the report also claimed that they would not be willing to work with Justin again if he didn’t clean up his act.
