Forget the award winners, last night’s Screen Actors Guild Awards was all about one lady: Emma Thompson.
The Saving Mr Banks star is quickly becoming our awards season highlight, thanks to this moment that saw her photobomb Lupita Nyong’o.
Rivalling Jennifer Lawrence’s phenomenal Golden Globes photobomb face, Thompson slipped up behind the graceful 12 Years a Slave actress on the red carpet.
The resulting picture looks like some sort of incredible A-list day out Madame Tussauds.
This comes after an impressive bit of presenting at the Golden Globe Awards, involving Thompson standing on stage barefoot while holding a martini.
Tremendous work.
The actress may have missed out on an Oscar nomination, but let’s all just hope she is still invited, because it would be a much duller night without her.
