South Africa ready to participate in reconstruction of Libya

APA -Tripoli (Libya) The South African Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Jeff Radebe has expressed his country’s desire to participate in the reconstruction of Libya, while heading a delegation of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) on a visit to Libya.

The South African Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Jeff Radebe In press statement issued in Tripoli on Saturday, Radebe affirmed that South African companies working in the field of building construction are ready to contribute in the various development and reconstruction projects taking place in Libya.

 The SADAC delegation held meeting with the Libyan Prime Minister Abdul Arrahim Elkib in Tripoli Saturday. The existing relations between Libya and SADC member countries, especially in the political and economic fields, as well as means of enhancing and developing them further were discussed during the meeting.

The meeting dealt also discussed several issues pertaining to the African Union.
