The Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Muhammadu Buhari travelled to the United Kingdom on February 19 for a brief working trip.

According to reports, the Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Muhammadu Buhari is expected to return to Nigeria on Friday, March 6.
Buhari travelled to the United Kingdom on February 19 for a brief working trip.
The APC candidate, on February 26, delivered a lecture titled “Prospects for Democratic Consolidation in Africa: Nigeria’s Transition” at the Royal Institute of International Affairs, Chatham House, London.
Sources in Buhari’s camp say that the former Head of State decided to take a 10-day break due to the postponement of Nigeria’s general elections, according to Sahara Reporters.
Governor Ayo Fayose of Ekiti State has however repeatedly alleged that Buhari travelled to the UK to receive treatment for an undisclosed ailment.
