Key Dates and Tournament Schedule
Wimbledon 2025 starts officially on Monday, June 30 with the first rounds of matches in both the men’s and ladies’ singles draws. The tournament runs over the course of two weeks and wraps up with the ladies’ singles final on Saturday, July 12, and the men’s singles final on Sunday, July 13.

Seeds and Wildcards:
Mens Singles:
The men’s singles top three seeds for Wimbledon 2025 have been confirmed:
1. Jannik Sinner (No. 1 ranked in ATP Rankings)
2. Carlos Alcaraz (2023 Champion)
3. Alexander Zverev
In the race for the 4th seed, current No. 4 on the live rankings, Novak Djokovic, is being challenged by Jack Draper, Taylor Fritz and Lorenzo Musetti.
The players are all very closely ranked and there is potential for anyone to jump ahead of the other players in futures lead-up tournaments.
Wildcards:
The primary name from the wildcards is British hero Dan Evans, who accompanies Jay Clarke, Oliver Crawford, George Loffhagen, Johannus Monday, Jack Pinnington Jones and Henry Searle. The last men’s singles wildcard has still to be assigned.
Women’s Singles:
The draw preview is fronted by Aryna Sabalenka (World No. 1) and Coco Gauff (World No. 2), who are looking to win their first Wimbledon title.
All of the current Top 99 in the WTA Rankings are in the entry list and, the draw also includes three former winners – Barbora Krejcikova (2024), Marketa Vondrousova (2023) and Elena Rybakina (2022).
Wildcards:
Star power was boosted further with two-time champion Petra Kvitova receiving a wildcard as well.

United Kingdom:
Live coverage is provided by BBC One and BBC Two, with BBC Two live coverage starting at 10:30 a.m. on the first day, and at 14:00 p.m. on that first day on BBC One and in the evening, BBC Two broadcast the highlights programme called “Today at Wimbledon” later on at 11:00 p.m. or 11:30 p.m.
BBC iPlayer will have full live streams and also offer match replay services.
United States:
- The tournament will be shown by ESPN, ABC, and ESPN2 with matches streamed live on ESPN+ ($10.99/month) also showing outer court matches.
- The Tennis Channel will also provide coverage.
Australia:
- Channel 9 and 9Now will have free live streaming and coverage but you must have an Australian IP.
Canada:
- TSN, and TSN Direct will provide live streams and also have replays.
India:
- Disney+ Hotstar and Star Sports provide coverage with commentary in local languages and HD coverage.
Germany:
- Sky Deutschland will broadcast all major matches.
France:
- Prime Video (Amazon) has exclusive Wimbledon rights.
New Zealand:
