This episode centered around Life & Style magazine’s report that Teresa Giudice is headed to jail, but began with Teresa and Joe Giudice deciding to build an apartment above their garage. But what about their bankruptcy? More on that later.

Jacqueline skypes with her troubled daughter Ashley Holmes who was visitng her dad in Texas.

“I feel like she’s so far gone I can’t even help her,” Jacqueline says.

Meanwhile, Lauren Manzo opens up about her diet – something that she can’t seem to stick to.

Back to the Giudice drama though. Teresa and Joe Giudice  visit their lawyer — who apparently told Life & Style that Teresa was headed behind bars — to figure out how to escape their financial woes.

“What can I do to get out of my bankruptcy?,” Teresa asks her lawyer.

Unfortunately, she finds out that there isn’t really an end in sight, but that they are starting to move forward. Teresa takes a moment to commend Jacqueline’s support throughout her financial crisis.

“Jacqueline’s been a good supporter,” Teresa says.

But Jacqueline is at home stressing about the latest tabloid report. She says she can’t tell fact from fiction.

Back at the Gorga house Melissa, Kathy Wakile and their friends gossip on the front porch about the article. Kathy said she wants to bring it up to Teresa, but she’s scared about how she would react. Melissa doesn’t flinch at the news and goes on to powder her face.

“I’m not overly cocnerened about the articles because I don’t believe them.” Melissa says, suggesting that Teresa is paid for the articles. “I feel like they’re totally fine, They’re good. I don’t want to talk about it anymore.”

But clearly things aren’t fine. Teresa shows up to Jacqueline’s house who is in tears.

“I’ve tried my best to help you,” Jacqueline says, sobbing.

And Teresa turns defensive when Jaqueline suggests Teresa is paid for tabloid articles. Then their argument turns into a fight about their friendship. Jacqueline says that Teresa never asks about her issues – like what’s going on with Ashley. And then Jaqueline brings up that the other night she saw Teresa tweeting Danielle Staub.

“What made you hate me so much that you would talk to someone who hated me?” Jaqueline asks.

Teresa explains that it had something to do with Melissa and then her response was far fron calm.

“Whose f*****g side is Jaqueline on: Mine or Melissa’s?” Teresa says.

Yikes! Mid-fight Caroline Manzo shows up who says that her friendship with Teresa is totally over and has been for awhile. Teresa asks: “Was my apology about the cookbook not enough?”

“It was an empty apology,” Caroline says. “There is no more friendship.”

And Jacqueline feels the same way.

“I’m going to distance myself from you and your family,” Jauqeline says. “I don’t want to be part of this anymore.”

“I feel like I’m going through a friendship divorce,” Teresa says. “It will just never be the same.”

Oh no! And from the looks of next week’s preview — a reconciliation is unlikely.
