Kristen Stewart has claimed that her life changed instantly after she was pictured smoking cannabis outside her home as her ‘Twilight’ fame put her in the headlines, now she doesn’t leave home without being prepared.
The actress was just 18-years-old when she was pictured puffing away with her ex-boyfriend Michael Angarano, and after the pictures emerged in the magazine, she said that it changed her “daily life instantly”.
Just days after ‘Twilight’ hit the cinemas, Kristen was seen dressed casually in a pair of baggy grey sweatpants and a white vest top, with her hair scraped back. In a recent interview with Vanity Fair, Kristen said those pictures changed everything.
“You can Google my name and one of the first things that comes up is images of me sitting on my front porch smoking a pipe with my ex-boyfriend and my dog.
“It was (taken) the day the movie (Twilight) came out. I was no one. I was a kid. I had just turned 18. In (the tabloids) the next day it was like I was a delinquent slimy idiot, whereas I’m kind of a weirdo, creative Valley Girl who smokes pot. Big deal. But that changed my daily life instantly. I didn’t go out in my underwear anymore.”
Kristen Stewart and her boyfriend Robert Pattinson recently won ‘Best Kiss’ at the MTV Movie Awards, for their smooch in ‘Breaking Dawn – Part 1’. We can’t wait until the second part is released in November.
