Fashionista dinner ahead of tonight’s Met Gala
It looks like Kim Kardashian has finally made it in with the in crowd as the star and her boyfriend Kanye West reportedly enjoyed a dinner with Vogue Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour last night.
Kim and Kanye were spotted all dolled up for a date night in New York on Sunday with Kim choosing a flattering Oriental style black silk dress from Prada for their outing. And now it’s been revealed just how important Kim’s choice of dress was, as Kimye were apparently dining with the Queen of style Ms Wintour.
Pregnant Kim and her man were photographed going into the Vogue Editor-in-Chief’s NYC home for an intimate dinner, with a source confirming to Us Weekly that the couple dined with the fashion icon.
Kim shared her style choice, which she accessorised with white heels and a simple black clutch, on Instagram ahead of the dinner, writing “Prada kinda night! Style by rushkabergman BigLove.”
There’s been no word as to the reason for the intimate dinner but rumours have been circulating for months now that Kanye is trying to get his good friend Wintour to put his lady love on the front cover of her influential mag.
The trio are all expected to attend tonight’s 2013 Met Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, with the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow, Kristen Stewart, Jessica Biel, Jennifer Lawrence and Katy Perry, among others.
